Chipotle Mexican Grill

The team here works very hard & I’m glad they do, especially in times like these. I frequent this Chipotle, and honestly they never steer me wrong. I’ve never had an order made incorrectly, a missing item, nor a poorly-made meal. As far as the quality goes, it’s Chipotle — what do you expect? — but it’s still tasty and comforting! I hope the employees here know what a great job they’re doing! Keep it up ❤️

June 2022 TL;DR: Good enough location in a pinch, but a little dirty in the kitchen and kind of dark inside if you dine-in. You can look right into the kitchen... It was not clean. 😅 The pots looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while, left sitting on the equally un-cleaned-looking stove, and it turned me off a bit. It was also a bit dark in the eating area, with dark decor and dim lights, but you can probably see the food if you're not hard-of-sight. HOWEVER. The staff were all EXTREMELY friendly. They looked tired, but they still were open to my mom's keto-diet-influenced bizarre ordering (only a plate of meat, nothing else, she's lost well over 50 pounds and had maintained it for a very long time indeed) They also looked like they had a good-enough social environment in the kitchen. I saw them at least trying to clean the kitchen. All in all, not a BAD experience at all. Don't fire anyone based only on this review, please! I would recommend it if you're hungry, the meat my mom got was very good, she said. We both disagree with the standard Chipotle spices but that's not the real problem here. 🙂

First time eating at a Chipotle, and it did not disappoint. The one bad thing is they were out of steak. They said it would be 5 or 10 minutes before it was done it was more like 20. I don't mind waiting I just don't like waiting longer than I'm told I need to. In the end, it was worth it. They stuff a lot of food in those bowls! The best part, was the person who waited on us. I wish I could remember her name sorry but she is what customer service is all about.

This location has been a horrendous experience every single time. The past 5 visits within the last 6 months have been disgusting. First of all, the employees are all miserable or so they portray to be because everyone has a very poor attitude and there is zero customer service skills, there's ALWAYS a shortage of something and the chicken is always dry and bottom of the barrel. Today i was told that they were out of lettuce and had close to zero protein to offer and they would have chicken shortly. I had my baby with me and couldn't wait so i asked for what was left in the container. When i asked to pay for an extra scoop the girl scoffed, rolled her eyes and said well that's gonna be extra. The fact that she made the snide comment made me so upset i wanted to walk right out, but i continued on and said yes i know. Why is that comment needed, when someone is asking for extra at Chipotle we all know there is an extra charge so why be rude? She asked me twice what type of bean i wanted and then didn't even add it. I had to ask and was in turn given additional attitude. She then threw my bowl down and walked away. Due to her attitude and walking away she was not able to communicate with the cashier so i was also not charged for the extra meat which she was making such a big deal about. The cook was disgusting and he cared more to converse with customers then cook food, he also looked like he was on something. His eyes were glazed over and he couldn't stay focused. Sometimes it seems that the customers in store are not prioritized and the only care or attention is put towards the mobile order station since thats where they aren't forced into customer interaction. I will NEVER return to this location. Fire all those employees, get people who care.
