READ THIS REVIEW THIS IS MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE WITH GOING TO THUS STARBUCKS. I feel like the workers at this Starbucks just don’t care about the customers— or maybe they just don’t care about me. I feel like every time I’ve come to this Starbucks, this is the only one I run into problems with. They take forever to make drinks despite not being very busy every time I come in, and they’re always wrong/taste wrong. I don’t even get anything that fancy off the menu, I just get a substitution and it’s still wrong. THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT. ALSO, I’ve bought a reusable trenta Starbucks cup to get their extra filtered water in. I came in yesterday to get their water in it, and they didn’t let me use my reusable cup. I shrugged it off, waited 10 minutes for the water, and poured it in my cup to leave. After taking a sip, I thought the water didn’t taste right, only to realize they’d given me tap water. TAP WATER. So disrespectful! I thought you guys pride yourself on giving good water! Why does this Starbucks have such nice furniture but such bad service? I’m shocked that you even get good reviews for this location. If you want to go to Starbucks, just skip this location and go to another one nearby.

It is a very convenient location next to the 168 Highway as well as the Clovis Community Hospital. It is in a gree comfortable place and atmosphere inside. It is just like any other Starbucks location, be patient and you will be served. If there is something wrong with your order, let them know and they will fix it. Great delicious coffee!

Friendly staff. Drinks prepared correctly and fast. This is one of my favorite stores. Update, drink took 20 minutes and it was wrong. There was 1 person inside when I got there, waiting for his drink. Someone that ordered after me, got their drink before mine. And they had 3 drinks. When I accepted my drink the way it was and left, the employees thought there was something funny about it because I could hear them laughing after they stopped, right as I walked away. They added Chocolate drizzle to a Frappuccino that I only ordered with an added, single shot. Which I didn't get.

This is absolute WORST experience I've ever had with starbucks. Not only did my drive through order take 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me at 630 am today, but when I got to the window, I was given the wrong drink. Instead of fussing up and apologizing for screwing up the order, the man at the window said he gave me an extra I could keep and proceeded to give me the right drink. If I was dumb enough I would have drank it and be sick all day. It gets worse, after taking forever and giving me the wrong order, what was supposed to be a hot coffee was colder than room temperature water. I was disgusted. Worse service ever.
