Extremely rude. Do you wave at all your customers like chickens? They stop their bakes early - a tactic to clear off all the unwanted breads. Always running out by 2/3pm when they close at 6. Unpleasant experience. Just to add, all their sesame and sweet balls are all frozen in boxes then reheated. Not “baked fresh” and definitely not “preservative free”!

Great taste, similar to all the other branches such as Belmont, Perth CBD, etc. Pretty standard price and make sure you bring enough cash or coins to avoid CC surcharge if you’re planning to just purchase one or two items. I would suggest buying their strawberry tart because it’s not overly sweet and you could still taste the flakiness of the pastry.

My brother bought a mango cake from Breadtop Belmont for mom’s birthday.
THE CAKE IS NOT FRESH, the sponge of the cake was soaking wet all the way through. The shop should have bin it instead of selling it to customers. Never shop there again.

Because of rudeness! Today I bought a new type of bun on offer, noticed there is loads of cream and politely asked to return it for a refund (lactose intolerant). The baker has raised his voice at me immediately: “You bite, you pay!!!”and continued to shout while I tried to reason with him. Even if it’s your company policy not to refund under these circumstances, how dare he raise his voice at me unprovoked.
Suffice to say, I’m not returning here, the experience has made me want to avoid any of their branches in the future.

Came here to buy bread, snacks and cakes for several times.
Selling Asian or Hong Kong Chinese style bread, cakes and snacks. Can pre-order birthday cakes. Some bread is yummy. Cakes are ok.
Service: room for improvement. Need training. Quick movement at cashier, but some staff are rude. The extra small standardized plastic bags are not big/long enough for some long bread. Then the poking out part will be laying on the dirty front desk when the customers are busy at paying money. That makes me unwilling to buy some long bread if I don't bring my own container. Could they provide one more longer or bigger size of bags? Same problem to other branches.

Found a bit annoyed with their loyalty card as you can't use it in every shop. Each shop has it own loyalty card even tho they look the same printed Breadtop (WA). I shop in at least 4 or 5 Breadtop across W.A. which means i will have to carry 4 or 5 cards.... just annoying... And will avoid shopping at Breadtop whenever possible

New bakery chain in Belmon Forum. Lots of cakes and small baked treats on offer. Good place to find something to snack on while shopping.

Great selection of sweet or savoury goodness to take with you on the go, more than many of the other breadtops I’ve been to. Friendly and fast staff members. Keep up the good work!

We came here to buy a birthday cake after having dim sum nearby. First time trying out their rainbow cake. The cake itself was quite light and not overly sweet. Service was good too.

Yessss! Reminds me of being in KL or Singapore. Have tried so many things but my favourite is the BBQ Pork Bun and the Veg Pattie in bread (clearly not the name but you get the idea)! Everything is super fresh and nice flavours.

I come here frequently for bread to have for breakfast the next day and occasionally I would buy some as a snack. Loved the cream horn - very generous amount of whipped cream filling and not overly sweet. High turnover at the store so you know that the bread here is fresh and constantly replenished
