It's Burger King. I only come when there's a good 2 for $X deal. I've only ever had my order messed up once which is good odds. I order lunch during breakfast hours and they're very quick to make it. Keep up your good work

Horrible experience, i ordered $60 of food I asked the Asian person (who happens to be the manager) for zesty sauce and he flipped out saying i only ordered 1 onion rings so he wasn't able to give me more sauce, but mind you i placed 3 order of nuggets which comes with sauces. He was so caught up in NOT giving me the sauce that he forgot to give me the chicken sandwich i ordered. Mind you this location is in Closter and i live in Englewood. So yeah it was a good 15 minutes away. I will never go back there, I recommend you to stay away also.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this location. Due to being quarantined with a 2 year old, being pregnant and working from home, I ordered for a lunch delivery. The delivery came and one of the drinks were wrong.No big deal. Then we found a HAIR in one of the sandwiches. I get it, things happen. What upset me was when I called them, they were not apologetic or helpful. All they said was that they check the orders and that I was wrong. I also paid for cheese on a whopper and guess what... no cheese. Pictures below to show.

i love this burger king, all staff are great specially the two guy manager..store is very clean, bathroom is very clean..im gonna go back over there, with my family and friends..keep up the good work! 👍

The blonde lady with the glasses definitely hates her job. She didn't even say hi to me, although I was very kind to her. I asked her for two ranch sauces in the intercom and in the window. She gave me attitude because I asked her for sauce... and she didn't put sauce in my order!!😩😩😩 If you hate your job that much, quit!👎👎👎

I ordered an impossible whopper and tasted very burnt. Afterwards, I found what could either be a net string or hair on my fries. Unbelievable. Especially during this time of COVID and the one time I decide to order Burger King.

It has to be the slowest "fast" food we've been to. And it happened more than once, so yeah, avoid it if you are in a hurry
