Wendy's

This was the worst experience of my fast food life. Waited almost an hour for my food. They apologized, saying it was shift change but it was after 9 pm and they close at 11. The worst part was cold and stale fries. I'm never coming here again. I don't care if I'm starving to death and they are giving out free food. Forget this poorly run establishment.

I would love to review the food if I was able to actually order and eat. First off all drive thru line was longer than the parking lot, so we decided to place our order inside. Much to our dismay we were greeted by two dozen unattended rowdy boy scouts. We were unable to place an order so we left. The one star is because the bathroom had warm water to wash my hands after my unpleasant visit. We will not be back.

People, If you want Wendy's, just go a little further and hit up the one in Birch Run. This Wendy's has to be the worst Wendy's for their quality of food AND quality of customer service. Not only is the average wait time in this drive thru 30-45 minutes, but you're order comes out colder than preferred, AND I've had my order wrong more times than I can count here. Absolutely ridiculous.. wish I could rate less than one star.. Some sort of management changes need to be done here. This is my local place so it's not just a one time thing. Fix this mess..

Ordered 6 meals. Ask for 4 chicken sandwiches to be bacon and cheese only and each meal had nuggets so a variety of sauces. Ask for ketchup..EVERY chicken sandwich was patty and bread only. Not one sauce and 4 ketchups for 6 meals. Called store more than once no answer. I don't know why I returned..Two days later walk in order Jr BACON cheeseburger and nuggets...got a cheeseburger..and that's the last 40$ I spend here.

My husband was just up there, was ignored for 20 minutes, received the wrong order and they weren't paying attention, the fries are cold and hard, and they almost forgot our frosty and told my husband "here you can have this one" like hes doing him a favor after we already paid for it. No receipt either.
