Taco Bell

I got 4 spicy potato soft tacos and soon as I drove up to the window the woman was handing out my food. I thought wow that was quick but just because it's fast food it shouldn't be cold and hard to chew. I rather wait for something that was worth the wait. I give it a 2 only cause the staff was friendly cause it was deserving of a 0

Placed an online order at 8:05. Got to the drive-thru and sat there for about 5 minutes while a worker cleaned the parking lot. We asked him, "hey are yall open?" Nope. Website says they open at 7, Google says they open at 8. My question is why would you continue cleaning the parking lot and not let the person very obviously waiting for service know you're not open? I'm disappointed everytime I have to drive through this town.

When I went to this Taco Bell, the worker running the drive-thru was rude taking my order and sounded like she did not want to be there. As I got up to the window to pay, I saw an employee dump a drink out of the window. I could hear one of the employees cursing at the women at the window when I got up to pay. After this I watched the women at the window answer the head set and yell at a customer. When I finally got my food I made sure to check if I had everything. I saw that my one box I ordered was not there, so I asked about it before I left and they just said it was in a bag instead of a box. I left after this and looked for all the things in the box and they didn't even put the burrito in the box. All in all, this experience ruined my night.

Having worked for Taco Bell in the past I know that what I was served is not up to standards. Ordered 3 soft taco supreme and a chicken quesadilla. Barely anything in the cold tacos, even the meat was cold and got 2 sauce packs. Taco Bell just been getting worse and worse over the years, I'll stick to making my own from now on.
