Casey's

Every time I order delivery they forget some item in my order. Usually, they are good about bringing what they forgot, but this time the delivery driver was adamant that all items were in the bag. The person I spoke to on the phone essentially called me a liar. I spoke with someone else, since I was told there was no manager on duty. They said they would make them and bring them. Then I get a call saying I have to call the manager in the morning. I do not recommend using their delivery. They are irresponsible. Downgraded from two stars to one.

Please tell the large worker who wears her mask when she wants to tell people that they can't do things, but takes it down when she's talking to people. Please tell her to do her job instead of standing in the middle of the store visiting with people while there's no toilet paper in your restroom. I also I do not appreciate your employee flipping me off but I guess that's the kind of people Casey's hires. I was just passing thru, obviously she cares not for the big picture, or looking long term. I will not shop in another Casey's, period. And, I will encourage all friends, relatives and customers I work with to avoid your store. Obviously still just a small town store that hires small minded people like this.

It's pretty sad when the cashier who is wearing a 5 years of service name tag is playing on her phone from the moment I walked in til the moment I left. She only bothered to put it down when she rang my items up, but then picked it back up when my card was processing. I understand that things get slow and you get bored and that personal things can happen where you need to be communicating with someone, but at that point, pick up your work utensils to stay busy and if your phone goes off, take it to the back AFTER you help your customer. The even better part is I will very gladly give your manager your name, should they ask. 7:30pm on 4/8/21.

Very clean and great customer service...there's always alot of people at this location it is a busy location the also offer fresh subs made your way .. one reason for the extra business they also have many gas pumps .. huge parking lot big enough for RV And Boat trailers.. not big enough for 18 wheelers.. this is by far the best Casey's in the area..
