I went here recently for the 1st time and my Wonderful Server/Cashier was (Ms.) Lilly. Lilly helped me correct my Online order to ensure that I got the breakfast items I wanted and Lilly is also a very nice lady too. I'll be back to this location asap:)👍🔟🅰️➕️💯🙂🙃😊😷🤗💯👍🏿👍🏻🤜🤛🏾🙌🤝🎡♻️🗽⚖️🏳️🌈🇺🇸🌐🌍🌎🌏

The cashier was somewhat helpful, but whoever the manager was when I went (06/22/22 @2:10pm) was less than accommodating to the needs of the customer. I can understand that there were no straws available, but the tone and condescending demeanor of that individual was unnecessary and quite disappointing.
I will never go to that Wendy's location again.

Avoid at all costs… if you’re looking for food.. delivery, carry out, whatever stay AWAY… go to the Wendy’s furthest from you and you’ll get served quicker than this location. OMG. I can’t tell you how much time I’ve wasted at this one location. Please do us both a favor, and avoid it. You see it pop up, just tell yourself there’s no Wendy’s near you… cry over it, get over it, eat somewhere else.

It’s a shame you cant actually give zero stars. The service in itself at this Wendy’s location is the trashiest and rudest I have ever seen. Not once have they ever gotten an order correct that I’ve seen and when you go inside the store it’s just as abysmal. The restrooms smell like a car shop, the staff walk around stuffing their faces with individual fries from bags and when it comes to cleanliness, it looks like the majority of the staff can’t find or understand how to use nail clippers let alone clean UNDER their nails. To be blunt, I truly believe this franchise should have their locations and Wendy’s lease pulled and the organization here plain and simply removed. No amount of apology or coupons will bring me back.

This is the slowest Wendy’s drive thru and what’s bothersome, is that when I go inside, they gonna tell me that it’s going to be a long wait. Management needs to add more people for speed or do something about the efficiency. Only one person helped me and he had done what he could to make it right.

I did a mobile order went through the drive thru. Both JBC were covered in mayo on the top bun (I did not ask for extra mayo) there was so much mayo the bread was soggy. I took one sandwich back in figuring I would doctor the other one when I got home.
The guy stood behind the counter and had his body half looking towards the back and half angled my way.
He stood there and did not acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. Waiting patiently for him to turn towards me another guy finally came around the corner and addressed the issue. They had a hard time remembering what is supposed to go on a JBC and it took several bouts of communicating back and forth before they gave a new sandwich . I went out to the car and looked and there was a glob of mayo on the new one so I wiped it off with a napkin.
Point of all this i should have been addressed as soon as I went to the counter. They weren't under staffed if anything it seem like they had too many ppl there working at one time.
Would not recommend this Wendy's.

Burger and fries are not good in this location. Burgers barely warm and fries tasted like rotten potatoes. Just ate here now November 20, 2021 12am.

I placed a order for 2 baconator breakfast combo. I was given 2 sausage and egg sandwich but was charged for the baconator. If I wasn’t already home I would have taken them back. After checking my bag I didn’t even receive a receipt. This is not the first time!!
