I got the “2 eat for $8.99 on the app”. You get 5 pieces of bone-in chicken, 2 sides and 2 biscuits” - it was delicious. This is a good Popeyes they get you in and out pretty fast compared to some other I’ve been to. I almost always order mobile because it moves you ahead of the people ordering in the line. I recommend going in and not sitting in the drive thru inside by mobile order is much faster 😉😉😉😃👍🏾

Clinton maryland -Drive thru - I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich I received my order it was ice cold !!! I told the drive thru guy it was cold, can he give me a fresh sandwich!!! He comes back and say give me the other one back and walked to the back !!! He come back to the drive thru window and give me another cold sandwich which I think it was the same one because what you go back to the back for ???? And protocol for drive thru and Covid you can’t take no food back from the person that already touched the food and opened it up !!! So I asked for a manager and my money back they ignored the manager part !!! (Manager) they refund me my money with a attitude !!! I will never go back there

Manager is extremely incompetent and rude and got sarcastic with me when I asked for the frozen strawberry lemonade drink to actually be frozen and not filled with liquid. I then told him “don’t be mad at me you applied for the job, you filled out the application…if you are going to be mad at someone…be mad at yourself…I am just hungry. He of course tells me to leave because he couldn’t take the small verbal shot I sent at him. The rest of the staff is mindless as well. Waited 10 mins for a chicken sandwich. Get rid of all of them.
