Server was very nice but severely under trained and staffed by herself. She did her best to make me a buffalo chicken wrap but didn't even know to heat the chicken before or how to actually wrap the tortilla properly unfortunately.

Patty was a wonderful sandwich maker. She was efficient, friendly, and was working through a injured ankle. All w/o help who called in AGAIN!

The employees were fabulous. The facility was clean. It is the menu and lack of options. The chain has eliminated so many choices that it isnt a good option anymore. I don't fault this franchise but Subway itself.

This used to be the best subway. Sadly I think the manager has quit recently within the last month because everytime we eat there now our food is always messed up. we order online and pick it up. I guess you have to physically go in to make sure your order isn't made wrong and you dont get old bread. Wrong sauces on orders and bread switches around just overall really disappointed with the decline in service of what used to be one of my favorite places to eat

Very clean store. Very friendly staff. My wife likes their Tuna sandwich despite the controversy. My go-to sandwich is the Italian BMT. All the toppings were fresh and so was the bread.

Hey, this place is great. High quality sandwiches with fresh ingredients. Not quite the same or as much fun as it was pre-pandemic but is HARD to beat a BMT! Don't care about Jarred's claims of their healthyness, just good sandwiches!

Great customer service. DISAPPOINTED in the fact that they do not honor the 5.00 footlongs if ordered in pairs on the app. Visited on 8-12-2020 and placed order on the app for 2 ft long sandwiches ( meatball and sweet onion chicken teriyaki) and a steak and cheese wrap. I aked for the sandwiches to be toasted and they were way to hard. The steak and cheese wrap was ice cold. Was not pleased at all with the food once i got to my house about 12 miles away. The cheese was not even melted in the wrap so i know that the steak was never heated. NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THE FOOD and the only reason i gave a 2 star versus a 1 star is the fact that the young lady that was working when i went inside to pick up my order was nice and customer oriented. Will NOT be ordering from this establishment again!!!

I ordered a salad. I will be uploading photos but it was pathetic. Is this how you guys make salads now…? For $8+ I wouldn’t waste your money. Please train your staff.
