The donut was good but I wanted a banana split but was told they didn't have any bananas to do one then I Wanted a hot fudge sundae but was told No chocolate for the sundae so I sent for donut holes and regular donuts that were good but was disappointed that I couldn't have the banana split or the hot fudge sundae....maybe another day........my son And I was together that day he is a survival of cancer for 2 years....but hopefully we can get a banana split soon. Thank you....have a great day...

I gotta tell ya. Any restaurant will have an off night. I’ve visited this place often. It’s always on. I can expect it to have an off night. Not tonight. This place was busy. Yet the crew and manager work so well together.

Night shift is absolutely amazing! When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and great customer service. Morgan was so helpful when deciding what to drink! Night shift deserves the world🫶🏻

The night shift crew was great! My order was correct and very well done. Big thanks to Morgan, one of the coolest baristas there! Wonderful Ice cream and great refreshers! Also, Makayla, the vanilla peanut butter matcha drink you made is the bomb, thank you!

Now I am not sure how to rate this place. The employees seemed nice. The place was clean. The parking lot is well lit and clean. However, I am not sure if I choose Dunkin as my "go2" place. 1 ... It's expensive (for me). 2... The milkshakes I got were good but not the way I usually like them. I am not complaining cuz that is the way they fix them ... So I give them a 4 stars cuz nowhere Is perfect.

The customer service from the night crew last night was phenomenal. Not only was the food great but I was greeted with nothing but smiles upon entry. I would definitely come back again.

I ordered and asked for it to be hot. They said they made it cold. I told em it was fine. They gave me the hot and cold one. Loved the customer service.
