Panera Bread

Bagels are served really SOFT. They dont know how to make bagels. I asked for toasted bagel they served me a soft bread shaped like a bagel. Written Requests made at the kiosks are never followed up so why bother? This place is run by disorganized staff. Coffee is usually empty and good luck getting a staff to get the coffee refilled. Its not happening No I will not come back to this particular chaotic dirty Panera where milk containers are often empty in an unhygienic questionable safety issue. I feel that there's just way way too many people here and they just can't handle it and as a result this Panera serves subpar food quality, they really do.. Update: ordered chicken salad on 06-25-19. Delivered to my table but the salad was missing the chicken !!!

I have always enjoyed the food & pastry from Panera. We took our friend for her Birthday. It was four of us. I was happy they adhered social distancing. The food was great. The restaurant was clean. The tables had sitting guidelines. They had sitting outside but it was raining. So we sat inside. Enjoy the food & left.

This is my first time here. It is @9a.m. I ordered the hot chocolate and their cinnamon bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. The bagel was thrown in the bag without care. It was not toasted. The hot chocolate was warm. I humbly brought tge bagel back to the young lady at the counter. I didnt have time to replace the warm chocolate with HOT chocolate. Anyway, she apologized and brought me a toasted bagel. For her kindness I will give them 3 stars
