Dunkin'

There was this young lady working a Saturday night shift, January 22nd, 2022 around 5:30 pm, who was extremely disrespectful. I was waiting on my order with my family having a conversation and the employee kept telling other people that we were being too loud. I would understand if we were disturbing what she was doing however she was not even working. Plus, if she really was professional, she wouldn’t have approached other customers regarding the matter. She would have directly confronted us, face to face, which she failed to do so. We had a question and she gave us so much attitude, if you choose work in customer service you should be able to respond in a kindly matter. I am beyond disappointed in the type of workers that this location specifically, always seems to hire. I love Dunkin’ however I will not be returning, ever again. This is the worst experience I have encountered all year. Fix this.

They give u a dime size amount of butter .ughh. SO Cheap. We Saw them Scream at this poor customer. SCREAM! THEY Screwed up his takeout order and when he left .they Were Laughing ... Very Trashy and ignorant People. They Should Not Be working. People want to Enjoy their Dining experience But Sadly Many DDs now Have Nasty Staff..

Good location with free parking in the back. Two entrances for convenience. Staff was not attentaive waited a couple minutes until someone came to the counter despite two of the employees talking in the storage closet. The women who took my order was not friendly at all, and reminded me of a zombie. She mixed up my drink order with someone else and she rolled her eyes as if it was our mistake. The latte I ordered was only 3/4 full and I also got charged .50 extra for almond milk. The wraps I got we're old, the tortillas were hard. Ended up just eating the egg whites which was a mistake since they gave me a horrid stomach ache.

This DD is horrible. A latte came out to $7 because i added almond milk and extra swirl and cold foam. Can you imagine being charged almost 50 cents for a pump of syrup… do not order online or at this location if you want to pay normal prices. If you wish to pay double for any little change or add on than go here. Also if you have a free beverage reward and want to add a pump of syrup guess what, it isnt even free, u get charged for the pump or if you want different milk. Disgusting business practices compared to other dunkins I have been too
