Subway

Went here on Labor Day 2021. Lobby area was filthy. Many people were waiting in line. One young girl from India was working completely by herself. She was obviously angry. She was yelling at customers and throwing things around. Thank god I don’t have to live her pained miserable existence. When I got to the counter to order, she had not changed gloves after handling the last customers money. How disgusting. I asked her to change gloves and she just stood there. I asked again and she finally changed gloves with an attitude. Maybe being filthy is normal in her culture? When I got to the vegetable section, it was BEYOND DISGUSTING. Black rotten lettuce in the bottom of a pan. Not brown. Black. Tomato’s were MOLDY. How is this place still in business? If you ever come to this subway, don’t walk away, RUN. Absolutely appalling. And no public restrooms.

The food tasted like every other subway. The employees though at this subway need work. The "sandwich artist" was out front smoking when we arrived. She took her grand old time putting it out and insisted she'd be with us asap. I was disgusted to find out that she didn't even wash her hands but instead just threw her gloves on. She hurried with our sandwiches and didn't seem to actually listen as all 4 were wrong. Once we settled down to eat another gentleman came in to order. As seen in the picture he waited for 9 minutes. (The sandwich lady was behind the cookie case texting on her phone) The gentleman had to go up to the counter and ask her 3 times. She finally decided to help the poor guy and made his sandwich without any gloves on... Truly disgusted..

Walked in for a sandwich at 4:20pm noticing the open sign on. As I entered an young Indian girl said the store is closed. I asked what time do you close? She said 4:30pm. I told her it was 4:20. She ignored me. BTW, website says the store closes @ 6pm. I find it hard to believe this is acceptable business practice for a food chain and the owner would be happy with employees who steal time from their stores. This location will never get my business in the future and this review may make people think twice about wasting their time gambling whether the store will be open or not. If these employees are so eager to cut corners in front of a valued customer, can you imagine what they are doing behind closed doors with the food they serve?!

Ordered 16 footling subs 6 hours ago. They accepted the order. Then, AT THE TIME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY, they CANCEL the order. They don't cancel it when I order it they cancel it when it's ready and I need to feed a hungry staff. Horrible customer service. I will never spend another dime at this horrible place

Worst Customer service ever! She has a Bad Attitude! Upon walking in, my work partner and I were told We dont have italian herb bread!We Dont have onions! We Dont have pepper jack cheese! Ok that was fine as soon as my partner went to order And we dont take mobile coupons no more! Such an attitude! I said ok we can still make a complaint we should have complained on her a couple other occasions anyways, my partner was the only one about to get food, she says report me& im not serving yall! I told her my partner was the only one getting food today, she still walked to the back and didn't serve my partner! I wont be going back, I've experienced better service and great food from this location before she began working there.
