wish we got an updated room would definitely upgrade now if we were able to! didn’t realize till a few weeks after moving in that the upgraded rooms were definitely more worth it. lived here for a few months love the location but walls are a bit thin! the updated rooms are definitely nicer and way more worth it

Just moved in a few months ago and love it here! The apartment is super spacious and location is amazing. There is so much around to do and eat. Management is always fast to respond and fix any issues that come up!

Best value for living downtown. Apartments are newly renovated, spacious, and you can't beat the location. Management is great and always responds quickly to any requests. Highly recommend!

I just moved in. A lot of things not done due to renovations so wasn't the happiest about that. I have a lot of things still need fix and the place is not well lighted.
Danielle and LaMir (spellcheck) are phenomenal. They made it happen for us. So far so good very good staff.

Love living at the grant. all of the upgrades are great and its fun seeing the progress!

I've lived here for a little over 2 years now and have been very pleased. The staff is always quick to respond to my questions/concerns. The location is one of the best in downtown. The only negative is the paper thin walls between apartments.
