I love going to this subway. The manager is the nicest in the business and has always been super friendly to my family and I. He builds a relationship with customers and it’s always a joy to eat at his venue!

Definitely as good as the subway off Hancock by five guy's, perhaps the same owner? If it is the same owner the owner should look into the subway near downtown Clermont, it's awful and should buy the location.

The man who built three subs for me was awesome. He was kind and patient while I read off the specific order my son sent me after. He was working alone and the phone rang off the hook. He kept his cool and provided great customer service.

I visited this location around 7pm on December 1st 2016. When I arrived, it appeared Cody was alone behind the counter and already servicing customers. When I and several other people arrived, Cody kindly asked his fellow associate for help. When no one came to help, it was clear he was understandability frustrated but he kindly helped the customers as quickly as he could all with a good attitude. Shortly before I left with my sandwiches, Cody again kindly asked the associated to come help and a woman reluctantly came out and said some words under her breath at Cody and then turned to finally help customers. The 5 stars are for Cody whom had great customer service.

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant the one female can't think of her name she has been there for awhile she does a great job. She Aims to please. She is usually the only one in there. Great job.
