Wendy's

The BEST cheeseburger from a fast food restaurant that I've had in a long time. It was juicy with enough meat to taste, the lettuce and tomatoes were ripe and the perfect amount. They left the ketchup off like I asked. Most of the time, the fast food restaurants forget the special requests. Anyhow, the fries were awesome. They were cooked sufficiently to a golden brown without being overcooked or burnt. Additionally, FINALLY, fries that you could taste the salt on them, not too salty, just right.

During the daytime, this Wendy's is fine. However, around 9:30, it goes to complete trash. Every time i go there to get some food later than 9-10, i end up waiting half an hour in the line just to get to the window and be told that “The system is currently down and we are not able to take orders.” What i’m hearing is “we have a bum lazy evening staff that doesn’t want to make food 3 hours before close.” Ive only started having this problem recently, and only at this single location. If the system was really down after a few orders, it wouldn’t only happen here.

Definitely will not be back. I ordered a large drink of sweet tea the cup wasn’t even 3/4 full I asked they guy Tyler to fill up my cup of sweet tea he catches an attitude and then goes to the lobby to fill my tea up. Brings the tea back to me over filled to where the tea spills all over my car. I get my drink home and taste it and definitely wasn’t tea but a whole bunch of different drinks mixed together. Called the store back and no answer….. definitely can’t wait to speak with Corporate
