Twice we've gone and got the big box and both times no biscuits. Other times there's been messed up orders. Thought I'd give them one last chance, but they still forgot the biscuits. I get it's a pandemic, but if you're gonna be open, when someone purchases something they expect everything that is included in that purchase. This one used to be really good, so I don't know what happened.

We ordered a 20pc. family meal. Cost me $46.00 and the chicken I got was old. Looked like some pieces had been sitting past the shelf life, and some looked as if had been "refried". The chicken was either greasy or dried out. We couldnt eat it. This was absolutely crazy. I got my food at 08:52pm and by 09:20 the restaurant stopped answering the phone. I know I called them several times, and even from a different number. I want my money back. Wont be eating here anymore.

I don't know what they have done to their coffee but it is, to be honest, gross. I used to love their coffee. I don't know what they changed it to but it's terrible. On another note they have the best biscuits.

Fastest bojangles in the state right here. Parking lot is trash but the property management doesn't seem to care. Great spot & a staple of the area.

Visited this location 4 times in the past week. 4 out of 4 times my order was incorrect. I highly recommend going elsewhere unless you have time to circle back around the drive through.

My sons love the chicken here but the service is awful. I have written to corporate several times but now they don't even bother to reach out to investigate further. They were really good when they first opened but their decline has been fast and furious. My kids wanted Bojangles on Saturday. Drove to this location and the lights were off. A sign said they would reopen on Monday. Really odd.🤔 We ended up driving all the way to Clemmons.
