This Whataburger is very slow getting orders out. On several occasions, I’ve waited in their drive thru line for like 15 minutes without moving. It wasn’t busy but at one point we sat in line for closer to 25-30 minutes and still hadn’t moved so we just left. It didn’t used to be like this and I don’t know if they’re just EXTREMELY understaffed but it really shouldn’t take more than a whopping 30 minutes for one burger, one fries and a drink. The foods good, it’s just the drive thru wait time is way too long

Ordered a number 1 with a lemonade. Got to the window and took my card right away. Ran it and gave me my food with spicy ketchup covering the inside of the bag and card and told me to have a nice day. Had to knock on the window to get the employees attention where she just gave me a finger and then took the next drive thru order. After another 3 minutes I finally got my drink. And after getting pulled over to my lunch my fries were cold and hard. Burger has all the pickles in 1 corner. Don't know that I've ever been to a whataburger this bad.

If you use a coupon make sure the cashier knows how to use it. Ended up paying full price because of it (literally double the intended cost). Completely ran out of sweet tea (I didnt want to wait 20 minutes for a fresh batch). Not very impressed.

I would give less stars if I was able to. Waited over 45 minutes for an Uber order. They kept making everyone else’s orders in the lobby and drive thru but did not seem to care about their mobile customers order. They had tons of excuses every time I would ask for the status of the order.

Every time I come here, my sandwich is cold. Maybe it's because I order chicken instead of a burger? Either way, it's happened several times over a course of a year. This time around I got the new chicken bacon with coleslaw. Ordered it on the app. Asked for extra sauce. Got a cold sandwich with cabbage. This is the worst whataburger I've had in Texas. Bunch of kids standing around doing nothing, not paying attention and definately do not understand the point of wearing a hat around a food station.

It would be a zero if I could. Ordered a mobile order. Got there waited 30 mins for my food (had a lot no big deal) store didn’t look very packed yet my order was wrong. Went inside and told them I didn’t want it because I asked for my sandwiches to be dry no lettuce or tomato. Heard cook in the back just wipe it off) will not be coming back go to the one off spell ave or the Alvarado one instead. I have worked fast food before it’s not hard to get orders right. Especially when you are slow

I love Whataburger, but this one is very slow. The staff are nice, but I think they are perpetually understaffed. I've actually gone to McDonalds across the street over this Whataburger, and I greatly prefer Whataburger to McDonalds.

Was at Whataburger on Henderson in Cleburne this morning ordered the taquito was very
disappointed only to find out upon getting our order that they have no pacante asked to change my order cuz I won't eat it without the picante they proceeded to charge me the difference for just a sausage biscuit combo and didn't even apologize and then they were making jokes to the other staff who was going to be the one that had to take me my order in front of a dining room full of people next time I would let people know when you are out of a popular condiment just so you know I was polite to the staff but they were not very professional
