Dunkin'

Terrible this place even calls itself dunkin donuts. All employees have the worst attitude. I watched as one employee came through the front of restaurant slamming garbage can into customers as she tried to make her way to the front of the restaurant with garbage overflowing. As customers tried to get out of way she rolled her eyes mumbling under her breathe. Breakfast was cold and hashbrowns still frozen. Do not go here, it's obviously not ran as a Dunkin donuts normally is.

From the front, this is an unassuming donut shop in a small strip plaza. The back however, has a beautiful waterfront view. There's patio seating area that you can access from the outside or towards the back of the shop to just chill and watch dolphins play. Staff was friendly and quick to attend to us. 1 star off because the single stall restroom for the women ran out of soap on the day we visited, meaning the female staff probably hasn't washed her hands properly.

Used to be the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to, but for the past month is has become the worst. They only have one worker on shift during busy mornings and they put signs on the door saying they can't open. Was not able to get my mobile order today. Idk who deserves blame, but if there is a franchisee owner, they should be ashamed of their restaurant. It is ran so poorly.

I would give this place a solid 4 since it has definitely improved over the months but I went this morning like I usually do, me and my neighbors love that we can take a nice short walk to get our coffee and donuts but the customer service I received today was absolutely atrocious. I already refuse to come in when the young black lady is working because she has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in a business, but you guys hired a new young lady about a week ago and I’ve been back to going regularly because she is just a doll, she told us right away that she was new and still learning and apologized ahead of time if she made a mistake, she greeted us with a big smile and was nothing but pleasant the entire time even though we could tell she felt pressured, I enjoy talking with her and we leave happy every time but coming from someone who’s owned their own business 30+ years the young black women needs a major attitude adjustment and a nice talk with management on how her attitude and manners reflect this business. She openly talks out loud about being annoyed or whatever the case may be at that time, seeing as how there is Always something she is complaining about but that shouldn’t be spoken about when you have customers waiting on their items that we payed for. I shouldn’t feel like coming in and spending my hard earned money with this business is a burden because she doesn’t know how to treat or speak to people. She’s fairly new herself so maybe she hasn’t had much experience but she will definitely be the downfall of this store with the local community and regulars if something doesn’t change, maybe have her not greeting customers and just making food. I along with many of my neighbors will no longer be coming into this establishment when she is working until she gets sit down by management and learns how to treat and speak to people who provide business to this store that pays her and pays her bills. The manager Marcus is always please when he’s on the floor and the new red hair girl has brought more business into the store and definitely is such a pleasure every time but you guys need to be careful who you hire because it only reflects you and its not fair to other coworkers to not get business just because you have one person working who ruins the atmosphere and front line of the store. If the other two were there today and I just didn’t see them or if they were off and they had serviced me I would’ve given a 4 or 5 stars. Also shared on Yelp

So disgusted at how this franchise hires f.el.ons, Alex Oneill, and Jenna Lacey. Folks do yourselves a favor and look up their rap sheets on the county’s public records website! They are boyfriend and girlfriend. She has been in prison. He’s served pri.son time out of state. They don’t even have a policy against work relationships here? Well, what would you expect! These folks, whoever runs this franchise, do not run background che.cks. If they did, they’d see they’ve hired d.rug de.alers, grand thi.eves, aggre.ssive abu.sers, fe.lons, with a long rap sheet. By doing so, they’ve endengared the public. Please stay away! I will be doing my job as a good samaritan and telling everyone in our neighborhood to boycott this store and all of this franchise’s locations. I’m no longer a Dunkin Donuts customer. I will make the extra drive to Starbucks because I don’t want d.rug dealers poiso.ning my drinks, and serving me a dirty sandwich with hair in it. She practically offered me d.ru.gs and asked if I had a source. I said no. She said to keep her in mind. I don’t do ru.gs. She sure seemed under the influence. They both are! Every time I’ve encountered Alex and Jenna, their eyes gave it away that they had showed up at work d.rugg.ed. Shame on whoever hired these folks. Beware everyone.
