Starbucks

11/1/23: A classic Starbucks: Good mocha, pleasant barista, mobile order ready on time. Initial review: I was positively impressed by the patience and kindness the staff showed to a special needs employee. The delay in receiving my drinks, rather than being an inconvenience, turned out to be a welcome blessing to me and other customers. As is most often the case with Starbucks, the drinks were excellent! Thanks for making my day!

Clayton Starbucks has consistently been my favorite Starbucks. I rave about them everywhere I go, haha. My drinks are almost always made exactly how I order them and the staff has always been super friendly! The reason for the fours stars instead of five is because I’ve noticed a shift over the past few months in the consistency; I’m not sure if it is a shift in management or training style.. more drinks than normal have been made incorrectly. I went in today and my drink, as well as my sisters was made incorrectly in more ways than one. However, Marcos was AMAZING on fixing the mistakes! He genuinely cared that we received the drink that we ordered and was so kind and knowledgeable. Kudos to him! I hope that the change I’ve noticed is only temporary because I would love to continue supporting my local Starbucks and employees like Marcos.

This is the best Starbucks I ever been to. The management is amazing. The staff is super friendly they never say no to anything I asked them before if a drink is not what I thought they fixed it right away and make me leave happy I order daily . Not to mention Kelsey the Manager is super awesome. The Staff Jessica. Balkley. Marco . David and Mis Winter are my favorite people always friendly. Truly all of them are amazing.
