Ruby Tuesday

My mom and I stopped here on Friday during a short trip to West Virginia and I am so very glad we did. My mom was happy to see there was a Ruby Tuesday near our hotel because all the locations nearby us have been long gone. The salad bar was clean and expansive but what was even better was the atmosphere and the employees. Our server Patty made it feel like we were visiting old friends. She was so welcoming and pleasant and made us feel so comfortable. When we were finishing up, we mentioned to her how much we missed Ruby Tuesdays and she called over the manager, David, for us to talk about nearby locations. We ended up talking to David for at least another 20 minutes. He was amazing! He spoke about all the community outreach the restaurant was involved in and how they overcame the struggles of Covid era dining. Who would have thought that stopping for dinner would lead us to such an enriching experience. Truly grateful to have been there.

No one greeted us, seated us or offered us menus. The store was not busy but food took forward wr to come after ordering. My husband's bun was stale. The fries were good and the waitress made sure we had full glasses. We will not be back however as the quality of food was inferior to the price we paid
