Subway

Not a very good experience. I ordered a footlong sub sandwich that wasn't ready even though I used the Subway app. I was charged with someone else's order. After a half hour, I finally got my order. I was also shocked to see that neither employee wore a face mask or hand covering. Where is the Covid-19 training?

If I could give this zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service. I placed my order online ahead of time and when I got them they rudely gave them to me. Then as I got home and ate half of one it hit me that there was absolutely no cheese on either wraps we ordered even though I specifically ordered extra cheese on both, and when I call to tell them they say there’s nothing they can do. Most restaurants and places own up to it when they make a mistake, not them.

So sad I live half a mile from this location but I drive across town to get a good sandwich. This location is skimpy with the philly meat. I thought it was just me so we got our sandwiches on Avenue be 4 days a week and one day on 8th street. VERY NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE. I would say subway lost a Good customer but they didn't that being said I will NEVER go to this location again. But now subway is lunch two days instead of 5 because It's the travel distance to go to a good location. Oh and if the manager is reading this you can't blame the employees I have tried everyone of your cooks even the new girl. I hope corporate fixes this location
