Sherree is an asset to this establishment. So genuine and professional. We had an issue with our food and Sherree made it right. As we sat and waited on our food, it was obvious that she makes this place run. She was so attentive and nice to the other customers as well and made sure everybody was taken care of. Don’t let her go, she is a gem!

We visited this Captain D’s yesterday Feb 10, 2022 as we were headed north on I-65. I want to give these ladies and franchise a huge shoutout. From time we walked in until we left it was highly professional service. The food was excellent! Everything we had was great. Their food/cleanliness rating is a 99. Wow!! Thanks again..

Awesome online ordering and curbside pick up experience. It was ready on time. I literally put my truck in park and looked in rearview window to see the employee bringing my order to me. So attentive, she noticed we didnt choose sauces online so she asked if I wanted any. Super fast, friendly service. Our food tastes great. You guys are awesome!! Thank you!!

I went to Captain D’s to order my Family some food and get a replacement order. When I told the manager about the the replacement order she began to get smart with me and reprimand me like it was my fault. I was just going off the information the last manager promised me from my last visit. Also lately when I visited they have continued to mess up my order and not give me the correct sauces that I asked for. If I ask for simple sauce like tartar or honey mustard they always give me dozens of cocktail sauce which I don’t eat. They need to pay more attention to the customers.
