Nothing like the holiday crowd and wait at a HoneyBaked Ham store. Still, the line moved fairly quickly. Best bet is to preorder and prepay to minimize your wait time.

Went to pick up a ham and had one of my worst customer service experience (short lady with a beanie style head covering, claiming to be chef by profession) - then a week or so later my mother went to pick up some turkey, low and behold she told me about her experience. Same lady same experience - this is OBVIOUSLY an issue and DO NOT recommend going to this location. For the price you would expect a little better experience. If this is a franchise the owner most likely knows who I am referring to, and might want to reevaluate the situation.
* As I read other reviews I'm sure we are talking about the same lady.

Love the ham, don’t like the process. The ham gets 5 stars, the process a 2. We tried to prepay online and it kept sending us to an error page. So we had to wait in the cold rain for the “nonprepay” line. When we arrived, the system crashed.
