I love pizzahut pizza but I think that they should bring back bathing the crust with the garlic sauce.

food was good, delivery was on time, but they did not deliver it to our address. we had to walk our street to figure out what porch the photo looked like to find our food. we did find it but it was not our address and our house is clearly marked in to different spots.

I used to make and sell Big New Yorkers as a teen working at Pizza Hut in DC. (2002😂) So I had to try it again and see if they fudged it up at headquarters, trying to reinvent the wheel. I'm happy to report it was hot and great. 😁

For big, juicy, HOT wings…forget BW3 and go to Pizza Hut! This store cooked my wings fresh and to perfection. Staff was very pleasant!

Tonight my order was messed up and even with them having to deliver through door dash the manager made sure he corrected the mistake and had it redeliverd with no additional charge and gave bonus cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience..I believe he went above and beyond because he could of simply only offered a credit which wouldn’t of feed my kids TONIGHT… So for that I’m thankful and appreciate them A Lot!

I have ordered from pizza huts all over Cincinnati and every single time my pizza is messed up or it has pork in it when I specifically tell them not to. This is the only location that has consistently made very good food without messing up my order. Breadsticks, pizza, pasta, you name it and it’s all on point!!! This is my favorite location by far

The pizza was great, but they did manage to mix my pizza up with someone else's. We simply went back to get it fixed, and they were on it. Super friendly and understanding people and they already knew what we came in for when we went back to get it all fixed. Great food and great people. I wish I was in the mood for the food more often

It was a little hard to order my pizza with the app and my points. Once I got the hang of it I was able to order my pizza with no problems. My pizza and wings were exactly what I wanted and ordered. I will use my other discount very soon. I love my Galbraith location!!

The associate named Brandon who helped me was very pleasant. He greeted me soon as I walked in while he was still working. He was very friendly, checked me out, gave me my food, thanked me and invited me back. Brandon's customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Please be sure to recognize him because many business are struggling for good employees and you guys have a great one.
