Simply Rolled Ice Cream

I was walking by and saw this place so I thought I'd give it a try. The ice cream was delicious and super unique. The service was a bit unprofessional. The staff were quite young and scrolled on their phones, just chatting with one another, while I was the only person in the establishment. It was a bit awkward.

We went with family, so we ordered a lot of ice creams rolls. They pour the mix onto the ice block, and add the relevant syrups etc and ultimately roll it and give it in cups (video attached). It was similar to but yet a little different from Cold stone. Interesting concept, but not all ice creams were awesome. Some were amazing and others decent.

3.5 stars but the staff was awesome! Ice cream was rather good; however, the problems were the cups were too small so the ice cream tended to leak over the side. There were droplets of ice cream all over the interior. The bathroom was out of order (on a Sunday) and the deserts were a bit pricey. Overall not a terribly bad experience so we will try back in the near future. $$$

A must try experience in town. WARNING: Don’t go to this place if you are diabetic. Even though flavors are amazing, and the experience is a cool one you will leave with a sugar rush, especially if you order the Cotton Candy Burrito! Totally recommend the Matcha Ice Cream with Raspberries, condensed milk and lavender honey. It’s a great flavor mix if looking for a more refined dessert. If looking for value, build your own. You can literally add unlimited toppings! Cleanliness was a bit of an opportunity area last time, restroom lock broken, and a bit slow. Would still come here again.

They flatten your ice cream on a cold stone add the ingredients and then scrape then into rolls of ice cream logs for you to enjoy. It's pretty brilliant for the average $7 cost to buy one. I liked the idea, tried the banana option, was happy with the good flavor but I was not 5 star impressed. If you're in otr and have a sweet tooth moment, come here.

Friendly employees, tasty ice cream, and a unique experience make this a fun treat to go to after a long hot day in Cincinnati. It is really fascinating to watch as the employees roll the ice cream in front of you and assemble their creation in front of your eyes. Combine this with their amazing selections and you are in for a treat!
