It's been 5 years since we've been in Red Lobster . We met our cousins there for lunch and we had a very pleasant experience . The food was good , the service was great and the atmosphere very nice . 5 Stars all around 😋🤗

My family and I decided to have a last minute outing before leaving the city. We choose Red Lobster. I called to see if the restaurant had any openings for a table of 5. The manager was very helpful in accommodations. The food was delicious. The service was "OK". I understand the service may decline especially if you are on your feet for 8-12 hours, so therefore I am going to assume our server was tired and maybe just had a rough day... It happens to the best of us especially in customer service.

I haven't been to Red Lobster since high school and I enjoyed it then & still do. The food was great but the server was slower than a turtle. We had to get other server's to help us and I never got a refill on my Dr. Pepper if I was still sitting there I'll probably be still waiting for one.

Delicious food. Accommodating staff. Although we waited to be greeted by a server, management quickly stepped in to save the day. Bob was his name, and not only did he step in as our server, but he was also helping the bartender and other staff! It's great to see people willing to go above and beyond regardless of their title.

Personally this location never disappoints. Food is always hot and fresh, service is great. Refreshen the menu fairly well with their offerings I think. I've had the freshest salmon in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. I had to call the manager over during one visit to have him tell the chef that day that his/hers ranked up there with the two former I just mentioned for freshness, taste and preparation.

Our waitress was very sweet. The food was pretty good. Only the scampi was a little dry. Normally the shrimp scampi is in a dish with the garlic sauce all around it. This time it was scooped out on the plate with no sauce, so it was kind of dry. Other than that everything was great.

I'm here now and the manager Stephanie is amazing! Sista girl took care of me and I truly appreciate it. Food hot, crispy and tasty. Give Sis a raise, because she deserves it! Thank you for your great service! All the staff I encountered was very nice! Katie was my actual server, she was nice too. I came at the end of the night and they still gave me great service. 9:12pm to be exact.

Phat D. was a wonderful sever who took great care of us! The seafood was excellent as always. Great food, atmosphere, and I love me some Cheddar Bay Biscuits, ha ha! You can't go wrong with Red Lobster 🦞🍤🦀.
