I usually love Panera, but I’ve gotten curbside pickup three times and all three times it’s taken 10+ minutes for me to just decide to go in myself and get it. Nobody has ever actually brought it out to us. Which wouldn’t be a big deal, but when you have kids in the car, came for breakfast in your PJs, etc. Ifs a bit frustrating. Don’t offer the service if it cannot be done.

Great staff. Great management. Have been eating/ordering at this location for many years. Went above and beyond to address and fix an issue with a delivery. Thank you for being an old school responsible establishment.

Bought the family meal that supposedly is enough food for 4-6 people... its a lie... the salad was enough for two of us and the soup was BARELY enough for two small cups they give you.. definitely not ordering that again.. was better off just ordering two sandwiches for a third of the price

Great service, good ingredients & nice atmosphere. A bit more sandwich would be nice. If it was not take out I would have sent it back. The other half was the same. Im glad I got her a whole. Mine was a bit better. Definitely not close enough to the picture in the menu. Steak & White Cheddar.

They never get the order details right. The food is prepared in a rush. The soups aren't as savories.The location in Clay is far better!!! I only come here if I’m in a rush but always end up regretting it.

Food was yummy, service was great, but I was freezing. Luckily I didn't have to wait too long to score a comfy seat in front of the fireplace. It was a miserable, snowy day out :0(
As soon as I left, another woman jumped in my cozy comfy seat. I think Panera needs more cozy comfy seats in front of fireplaces.

My wife ordered through grub hub everything was excellent and I'm a driver worth buried from me I had Thai chicken soup Very flavorful nice kick to it Also I have a pastry pecan braìd Everythit off without a hitch Thua store8 seemed to have mood management Delivery was spot even a few minutes early
