Subway

I dont care for posting reviews, however this is the third visit I make to this subway. The past three visits have been absolutely infuriating. The employees, all three different people have been absolutely irritating. They don't care about anything, they mumble, and simply hate their job. They seem to be nice people inside, you can tell its the work environment that is the problem, or the management. Whoever is in charge, fix your store and help your employees.

NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PROCTOR VALLEY SUBWAY. We ordered six sandwiches online. Upon being notified the order was ready for pickup we went in only to learn that the Proctor Valley Subway had voided the order due to being out of certain items. While the counter girl claimed she had tried to contact us re the order, no effort was made to contact us according to my phone, and no message left Then she said I'd have to track my credit card to make sure the order was actually voided and the charge reversed. My coworkers and I were just out of luck...too bad! Save your money for a shop that cares to have your business!

My sandwich was made by some who doesn't care just now. Everything sloppily thrown in there. Very little chicken and didn't add the veggies I asked for literally 10 seconds ago. 1/5/22 3:05pm I decided to give this place another chance. My plan was to walk out if I saw the same lady working there. But good experience with the Filipino guy working just now. Polite and actually cared about making my sandwich.

Happened to stumble across this subway location. And the sandwiches were delicious. The service was great. No wait and able to chit chat with the employee a little. Had some trouble with the app. So my roomate and I walked in. Clean restraunt. Good service. We had the TUNA and RANCH CHICKEN which I had the CESAR sauce instead of ranch. Very satisfied.
