Horrible customer service. Cashier was very rude for the fact I wasn't aware of the use of gloves to self serve a soda. No signs explaining this rule at the machines and instead of explain me the rules to use it at the moment he handle me the cups or stop me when he saw that I was using my bare hands, he choose to mistreat me and lecture me of how irresponsible I was because of it. He even told me that I need to learn to read the signs at the entrance. I repeat to him several times that I wasn't aware of that rule and he continue to talk to me with a horrible attitude that I got frustrated and went to sanitize the area I touch. Funny thing was that he wasn't wearing a face mask and as far as I know this is indeed mandatory in all California State. Reading others reviews I notice that I wasn't the first having a bad experience in this place. It seem that this place like to collect 1 star reviews. I will never come back and I don't recomend this place at all.

If I could put a zero stars I would. Horrible customer service! Came in there to get donuts and coffee with my kids and the cashier “Breatriz” was incredibly rude when I asked her about something I was being charged for. Then when I told her she should really check her customer service she told me that I started it.! Last time I checked that’s a no-no when you work a customer service job! I really avoid this place all together! Bunch of unhappy broads working there!!!
