unhygienic handling of food
Cashier was great very friendly I had a western bacon cheeseburger was hot and the order was correct
I sat down to have my lunch there.
a big guy emptying the trash cans which was fine no problem.
Then it happened The guy in the fryer station came out to help the people that were in the front counter
he never removed his gloves.
he took money and gave change to the two customers that were in line
went back to the frying station and did his work.
I saw him do fries chicken strips onion rings and something else I couldn't
identify I think there were jalapeno poppers he touched everything with his hand
he did use a scoop and tongs but he put his hands on the top of everything he put up
wearing the same gloves he never changed the gloves
the manager made up the orders and she had to go take them to the cars
that were waiting outside from the drive-thru at least 6 car order that i saw
she came back and she used hand sanitizer to sanitizer hands once
then the big guy that was taking out the trash starting to help make the
orders and he also started to take some orders out to the cars
which he never washed or sanitize his hands both touched the food with ther hands
but mosty the items that were in frys type containers i felt bad
for the drive thru customers if they only knew
so the manager whent to restroom I was about to leave and I said I'd
wait to see if she at least wash your hands coming out the bathroom and
no she came out about 10 minutes later and nothing she had her hands dry I never
heard the faucet I never heard the air hand dryer I never heard anything to
indicate that she had washed her hands
she grabbed the trays that were in the lobby a few customers left
she went straight to the counter put inserts in the trays and went on in filling the orders
the sanitizing dispenser was right there
I will never go to this Carl's Jr again
i saw everything there is no excuse for this unhygienic handling of food

Honestly, I've been buying at this location since a long time ago, and it was the first time I got a hair in my burger, I wasn't expecting that, I don't know what happened, I went yesterday's evening and ordered two combos, one for my boyfriend and one for me and he was the one getting the hair in his, I don't think I'll buy again in here. It was very disgusting.

You have an excellent staff here they are more than willing to give a hand when needed after recently finding out I have a heart condition as soon as my life has slowed down a lot only stepping 10 ft sometimes puts me out of breath so I have to take my medication regularly and a young man by the name of Renee your manager or shift leader has a wonderful persona he is very much an asset to your team I'm very grateful that he takes the time to provide impeccable customer service and even courtesy for others or whether their customers or not Renee is an exceptional person as for the rest of your staff they're also very nice courteous but there's always that diamond in the rough that shines because they are so much more willing to help when they see somebody in need so thank you Renee and to the rest of the staff my famous star meal was excellent you have a good team here thank you

I like Carl's jr. and this location is nice. They do take ebt cards which helps quite a few people to get a meal.

No more dining in. If you don't have a car, you're sitting on a curb or bench by the busses and trolley fighting the mass pigeons flying around you. Cannot even enjoy the meal in peace. Fix the soda machine and let the dining room open.
I think some restaurants don't want to have to clean the dining area so they close it. Only 1 star because of the treatment one day I rode the trolley all the way to yhis location to find doors locked and no take out only drive thru.
Just isn't fair. What's the reason?

Far too often I get cold food from fast food burger joint always the fries are cold in this case when I was at Carl's Junior my burgers were cold and Burger condiments were incorrect

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food, because the quality is always good and consistent. At this location Cathy was the girl that took our order that day. I was impressed with her attitude and great communication skills.
We were riding bikes that morning and stopped to pick up a few sandwiches before pedaling to the beach. After I picked up my order in paper bag I was getting ready to get on my bike, Cathy noticed that we were about to carry our brown bag in hand she rushed threw the door to give us a plastic bag to make bit easier to carry food on bicycle. What a great customer service. 5 starts.
