The cinnamon roll is very good, the cinnamon stick and dip is good also. The ice mocha is about $5, could probably get a better cup from Jack in the box for $3. Staffs are friendly and attentive, however, could use a menu with prices to avoid going over a small budget.

This place is a disaster. Employee was texting while frosting buns. Sketchy business practices as well... We asked for three fresh buns, and she said we could get 3 for x amount or 4 for less, so we got the four buns. Come home to find out they're day old buns. Bait and switch? That's just wrong.

Worst customer service of any retailer. Refused service because they decided to close early without updating their hours online. Made a 40 minute trip, and yet they wouldn’t provide service over a matter of 3 minutes.
Closing time posted was 7pm, and yet at 6:03 they refused service. Will never spend my money with any Cinnabon ever again if this how they treat their customers. Thanks for wasting 40 minutes of my life.

Now this is Heaven on earth good. I bought a big box and watch a fight break out over who I bought this for. So if you buy this buy a lot !

It smells delish throughout the mall. I first got the cinabites and the 4 of us weren't satisfied. Bought the big one and we shared. Guy was so happy at his job that it makes me want to go just to see him. But the Buns are the Bomb. Enjoy

No such thing as first come, first served at this location, no one in the store enforces it , nobody cares. Store employees chat with each other instead of attending to prospective customers.
