Pizza Hut

It's a Pizza Hut. It's franchise. But it's one of the only pizzas I can stomach. I should mention I don't really like pizza, but my family and baby girl loves it. So as a good father and husband, Pizza night!!. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star is that they have the odasity to charge for Parmesan cheese packs... Those where where always free back in the day... I mean it's not much.. 10 cents a pack, but it's the principle.. they are charging for what is considered a condiment.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite for many years, but after my last order from here I probably won't be eating their pizza anytime soon. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with extra cheese... but it was made with extra sauce instead. The sauce had bad taste and didn't sit well with all of us... we all ended up with stomach aches. It was just very disappointing, especially when there are cheaper options from their competitors.

It was a quick in, and out.. Woman behind the counter took my order promptly, and told me that the pizza would be ready in approximately 15 minutes.. Place looked clean, so I sat on a bench to wait.. Pizza was ready easily within the time frame she gave me.. Thanked her and left.. Oh yeah, the pizza is very good too..

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. My friend and I placed two separate orders for the same address for dinner. My order was placed at 4:54 PM with an estimated delivery time for 5:41PM. I received a text message at 5:41 saying my order was on the way. At 6:20 I received a phone call asking if I had placed an order because they thought it was a prank (really?? You could have called when both orders were placed at 4:54 not an hour and a half later). I replied with yes and that I had now been waiting for 40 minutes for our delivery. The lady that I was speaking with then apologized stating that they are short staffed. I asked how much longer we would be waiting and was told to hold. After she returned to the phone she then said that the driver attempted to deliver and had knocked on the door. I told her that wasn’t true because we were by the door from the time I received the text notifying me that the delivery was on the way and was still currently by the door. She then said that the driver had actually rang the door bell and nobody answered. I once again called her out that the statement was untrue because I was home. She then told me that they’d need to remake our orders to be delivered. I told her to cancel my order and refund my money because I had 6 hungry kids now waiting for 2 hours for dinner. I will never order from this location again.

Pizza Hut is so called "made to order" - I'm vegan so I explicitly said "no cheese" twice. What did I get - a cheese pizza! So i called to speak with their manager regarding dietary restrictions and the manager Carol said that I'm sorry but we don't serve vegan. WOW! I didn't order "vegan" I ordered no cheese which is "made to order". Refused to speak with her employee Alexander about people's dietary issues / restrictions and basically was arguing with me. Very disappointed all around! Last time they will get my money and I had been going there for years - before my dietary restriction.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give this place zero stars I would. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I finally called and they refused to acknowledge that I had placed an order, even though I had a charge on my card from their store. The manager Jasmine began to get hostile after I asked her what she was going to do to make this right! She ended up blaming the problem on a computer malfunction. I will never buy from this place again! Order from Filippi's Pizza, a thousand times better!
