The Food was good. Portions were LARGE. Beware of the Chocolate Chip Pancake. If your expecting a regular pancake speckled with chocolate chips this isn't for you. Instead I got a whole chocolate pancake and it wasn't very good. It was like eating a plain chocolate cake. Other than that everything was good. Social distancing is not in place anymore and unfortunately we were sat next to a customer that kept coughing ALOT... it made us all uncomfortable. Refills were nonexistent unless we tried to get our waiters attention. But overall the food was good. Maybe we just went when it was too crowded.

I attempted to order online with a coupon but I kept getting an error. I called and asked if they would honor the discount - the woman that answered said she would ask and then accidentally hung up on me instead placing me on hold. I called again and explained the error message that I was getting on the website and he told me to come in and they will give me the discount. After I arrive, I show them my online cart and they take my order. The person taking my order had to get help from the guy who appeared to be the manager. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at adding the discount codes they advise me that the code must be for that restaurant. What a waste of time for everyone involved, including the heap of customers that sat around while these 2 kept trying to type in the same code over and over again. I told them I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't waste my time or gas but they ended up doing that anyways. I asked them 'about how long it would be' and they answered "15 minutes". I came back 20 minutes later and they said they'd check on my order. From the kitchen I hear that they still need to make the pancakes. After another approximate 10 minutes they bring my order out. When I get home I realized they didn't hear me completely nor did copy my online cart correctly because 1 of my pancake orders was a la carte. Besides the undercooked bacon, the food was good, but the tres leches drizzle was more like a little squirt.

Quality of food was horrible. I order my steak well done. I received a rare one with blood. The server offered to take it back. It was so much grease on my plate that I decided to switch my sides because it was so nasty. I had surgery so my food needs to be well cook and it took like 45 mins to get to our table. Never again. I regret not taking a pic of my plate.

I admire this restaurant! They provide decent dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that place is a professional, I love a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the attitude towards the clients is efficient. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.
