i rang the store with a major issue and a lovely worker his name was joe, was very helpful and supportive over the phone and helped out a lot!! massive thankyou, he deserves a rise and also his colleague did quite catch his name but he also deserves a rise! thankyou ps me and my ex-husband has split now he did cheat 😊😊😊

A nice restaurant by McDonalds standards. Parking is a little restricted, but there is a large parking area nearby so that's not a showstopper.

1st time visiting this McDonald's and a bit shocked at the 25min wait! Then order was incorrect so had to wait a bit longer again. Food was nice but Dissapointed at the wait and error when it wasn't busy at all at the time we visted.

Well better than the other Chorley Mcd. Food is always fresh and the queue is never as big as the other one. Staff always nice. Sometimes you have to park up at the drive thru, but it’s never a long wait and the food is always straight off the grill so I don’t mind the wait.

Ordered via click and collect. Nice and easy and saves the queuing. Car park nice and clean and spacious so no tight spots. And as a brucey my burger actually looked like one, it was put together nicely not thrown together like a toddler has done it
