Burger King

Stopped for breakfast in the drive thru. Had a small mishap with my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Madison was very professional. She took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what happened. My sandwich was exchanged. She was friendly and courteous. I was very pleased and will come back!

Food was COLD because sat on an UNHEATED counter waiting for french fries to get done cooking. I would NOT recommend this " Fast Food " to anyone. The help is beyond clueless and it LACKS any sort of management. Also did NOT get receipt when asked for one. The girl FORGOT to ask if I wanted any sauce for my chicken nuggets. To bad there isn't another fast food place in Chittenango. That village can really use another one .

This Burger King is pretty good. Good service, get the order right and are helpful with accommodations. I think the new jalapeno spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic and the fries at this location were great too. Only complaint is that the service on the spicy sandwiches is slow, because I guess they don't have much desire for them so they have to make them when you order them. As a rule, I think Burger King has some issues with their coupon receipt offer. They should do it like Subway where the deal is you get something small free when you buy a sandwich. Rather than the other way around. Am not convinced it's a good deal.

Food was fine my 3 start review is because of the excessive wait time for anything you order, this is called fast food for a reason.... This BK has some of the worst wait times I've experienced. Secondly almost all "value meals" are over $10 and it's $25-$30 bucks for two. I can go to so many other great places for the same if not less. It's like that with all fast food chains now and it's ridiculous.

So what we have experienced almost 50% of the time we have gone to this bk is our order comes out wrong. Either we get different things that we didnt order or we don't get our order the way we asked it to be made. Tonight my wife ordered me a bacon king when I opened the bag it was a double bacon cheeseburger wrapped in a Whopper Jr wrapper lol. The bacon king is on the left and my daughter's cheese burger is on the right. My wife asked for cheese and no onion on her Whopper Jr, she didn't get cheese but she did get onions. So yeah.....

Ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich, and fries. The sandwich was not very hot, and a bit stale. The mayo was quite heavy and dominated the taste of the sandwich. The fries were a bit old as well. It seems the restaurant was holding more food in the warmers than they actually needed for the number of customers. This was a rather disappointing visit, compared to the quality I expect from Burger King.
