Dunkin'

As a former 5 year Dunkin’ employee I respected that the crew moved their line relatively fast and despite the memes about Dunkin’s inconsistency this store was usually pretty consistent. The past couple of days before work I’ve come in and for a coffee with just cream it’s been a little dark. I don’t judge the taste of a coffee by the hue of it but they’ve been tasting kind of sour. I’m not sure if your dairy went bad or is close to it or if the coffee was burnt as you were brewing it but what I’ve been getting lately is just nasty.

Just the absolute worst customer service. Waited 14 minutes while they talked about be short staffed in the back. Didn’t say anything because I thought it was just early morning meeting . Well now it’s 555am and four employees walk-in from outside and clock in and no one says a word that someone is at the counter . At this point I walk to the end of the counter and ask for help where I’m greeted by 7 people! Who then looked at me like I had five heads. I ask to place my order and I’m asked to wait 🤮 so I told them I’ve been waiting since 530 and repeated the meeting/complaining the original 3 were doing when I walked in. The look of shock made my day. McDonald’s is literally next to my work so I’ll just have to adjust to McDonald’s speedy service and same coffee brand at a cheaper price now on. I’m sure the adjustment will be swift and painless .

This DD is clean. Service is fast but speed of internet is not good. If you are looking for place that you can eat and surf in internet, this place is not good for you. But in every table they have plug and this is hard to gind another DD. I like that side of this DD. Today, ı ordered 2 for 5 dollara menu and want them to remove bacon (because I dont eat and like bacon) they removed it. Another DD , it was hard to tell, they did not want to do this. But this DD did and gave the bacon on side and I did not eat. Thanks for the service!

I clearly was not listened to at all and it wasn't busy. I don't eat egg so I came in for a sausage bacon and cheese McMuffin that's what I ordered. Sure enough cuz I know better before leaving check your order I checked my order and egg I can't stand being on it cuz at leaves a taste so to me it was ruined for myself that is but however instead of throwing it away they could give it to me and I know plenty of homeless that would be so grateful for just that. So that was just my order it doesn't take a genius to get it right especially considering it wasn't busy well when I told the other worker that I'll keep it I know someone to give it to who could use it the other little girl she just said no. And the girl worker who was going to give it to me said to her well I can give this to him instead of letting it go to waste because he knows someone who will eat it and she screamed at the girl no just throw it away messed up
