If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!
This was the worst Dunkin I ever been to. My dad and I waited a few min before they took our order, then someone took our order then left!! She didn't even give our order to the other employees. We waited for 15/20 min before we even got our coffee. Every employee stared at us and didn't even help. Til one guy finally did!! Terrible service!

Took 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through line for a cup of coffee with 2 people in front of me. I get to the window and I see the label on the coffee isn't what I ordered. I say that, she asks me to repeat my order, then says, yeah, this is it. It wasn't. When I repeated that it wasn't right, she rolled her eyes, and spent 5 minutes remaking it.. wrong again. I just took the coffee and left at that point. Awful service every time, but this takes the cake.

Great coffee, great breakfast menu. But since the donuts are now factory made and not in the restaurant. They are more hard and stale as the day goes on, Since they are shipped frozen and then thawed. You are better off getting freshed baked from a store bakery. Duck Donuts ot a Bakery. Fred the Baker is rolling in his grave.

Once in a while I make the mistake of coming to this location.Food is never hot. Coffee is always made wrong. Always waiting forever to get your stuff, even when it's slow.

ZERO STARS: By far my worst experience at any dunkin ever. One brand new girl at the in store counter had no clue how to take orders, than made all orders by herself (incorrectly), with NO help from anyone, including management. When brought to who appeared to he a manager made excuses that drive thru was slammed. Not only was I late for work (We were in line for 35 minutes), I was over charged (no refund offered) and my coffee was wrong. Keep driving past this location, NOT worth your time or money.

Needs better management, all of the normal workers are fine, never had a problem with any of them, but the lady manager that works mornings is lazy and unsympathetic, I honestly get less happy when she takes my order, and is even worse to deal with at the window/counter. I've had a few issues with the app and mishaps with ordering, and she really didn't care at all. The only reason I keep on going here is because its super close to my house, I don't want to drive a few miles to the next coffee shop.
