I love a good pistachio latte.
Lines hella long but moves pretty quickly.
Lattes are a good 10 bucks if you're willing to tip....

Drove through. Always do. They're fast and easy to get what I want from. They'll gladly tell you the difference between different drinks if inquired. Beyond that, prices are high but the coffee is good. It's a nice treat for an occasion but I wouldn't break your wallet for it.

Stopped in after running some errands. My wife opted for the Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade and a slice of lemon bread. I and my niece opted for the Carmel Crunch Frappes. I also tried the Pumpkin Bread. Everything was enjoyable. The staff were courteous and professional and do a great job!!located at 620 Memorial Drive (RT 33) in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Give them a try!!

So 7 employees standing around inside laughing, having fun with the doors locked, I counted them, during business hours, middle of the day, forcing ppl to burn fuel in the longest drive through line I’ve seen in my life, UNBELIEVABLE; thanks for wasting my time, but you’re not wasting my gas too; you could at least get behind the counter and help move the line a long instead of looking at us exasperated that we interrupted your midday game tag in the lobby your customers should be able to occupy

So much better than Ducan Donuts. Imagine coffee that tastes like coffee and not just hot water. Imagine that. I'd give ya 6 star's but that's not an option.

Don’t go inside if you think the drive thru line is too long. They will serve the entire drive thru line before even starting to make your one drink. I just waited over 15 minutes for one pink drink because I went inside. It’s clear the employees prioritize all drive thru orders which is unfair when you show up well before other customers and you have to wait. The drive thru line was out to the street when I first showed up and when I finally walked out, there wasn’t a single car in drive thru.

Usually pretty good experience at this Starbucks that’s why I’m giving two stars. But today I order two tall coffees and both are half full.

This place would be great if it was ever open anymore. They cut hours and the local managers just make whatever hours they feel at this point. Good luck to who ever franchised the location cause it’s flushing your money.
