Delicious, freshly made food and yummy creative drinks. The ladies at the counter were very sweet and got our food and drinks out quickly. Love the atmosphere inside and the patio is nice if you prefer being outside. Overall a great experience!

Came in to buy coffee for a gift and the cashier was super helpful. I even got a complimentary cup of coffee which is delicious! I had never been here before but definitely want to come back.

At Cal Java you get the epitome of the coffee experience with a full menu of coffee favorite mixes, drip coffee, refills, and much more than chain stores offer, and at a better price, higher quality, and a much more rich environment. Come watch them roast the coffee you drink! It doesn't get anymore home grown! Plus their service is friendly, pplwith knowledgeable baristas able to make your coffee experience perfect. Don't forget the wide variety of pastries too! Luke and his staff are the best.

There house brew is for those who appreciate good DARK flavored coffee. The cashier, in my experience, is always helpful and polite. I've never been disappointed with any of there treats or coffee. It's a great environment to have a intimate chat with a friend. It always smells delicious in there.

Without a doubt one of the best coffee shops in Chico. They offer a variety of both hot and cold Blended drinks. Their coffee beans are roasted on site for the freshest and tastiest coffee in the area. The muffins and breakfast burritos are delicious. The folks behind the counter are pleasent and helpful. The owners are often on site and are cool and kind people. If Mel is roasting beans on your visit stop and say hi. He's a great guy.
