We haven't been here for over 10 years but went on a whim. So glad we did!! There were so many choices on the sushi menu (photos were very helpful) and many we had never seen before. We asked our waiter for suggestions and ordered 3 different rolls. They were all fantastic!! Everything was so fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back. They have a happy hour from 4-530 where you can get half size rolls for half price. Such a great deal especially because they have a huge variety of rolls. Great service and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

I came with a few friends and they enjoyed their food. The atmosphere is really nice and it would be a great place to have families and friends to go with to. However, my food took long and the service slightly lackluster for not giving more updates. The food was alright, it wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. It lacked a punch to it and didn't taste up to par as to what I was expecting. It was still overall good just wasn't what I was expecting.

We recently celebrated a friends birthday at Genkai and had a most enjoyable experience. Our server was kind and helpful. There are so many sushi and entre options that making a decision can take some time. Though we had a party of 10 (and most of us ordered 2 to 3 rolls each) the food was delivered rather quickly. The fish was fresh and the rolls beautiful. They also have a full bar a decent selection of wines and beers on tap. My wife really enjoyed her Ramen with breaded pork dish. Nice work Genkai staff! We will be back!

The sushi here is surprisingly very tasty and elegant for such a fair price. The atmosphere is fun and urban with a choice to sit inside or on their patio. An overlooked appetizer is the mushroom tempura which I highly recommend for any vegetarians out there! Great service.

I came with as part of a family of 5. We ordered tons of rolls and a teriyaki chicken bowl, and we were enamored by everything we received. This is some of the best sushi we've ever had.
Service was a tad slow. It seemed like they were understaffed when we came on a Friday night. Nonetheless, it was undoubtedly worth the wait.
I highly recommend the Godzilla roll.

Love this place! They have so many different kinds of sushi rolls. From fried to raw! It is beautiful there too! The staff was very nice and they were quick even though it was busy!
