Was served immediately upon entering the cafe by a wonderful team. Both beverages were superb and served beautifully. My wife commented that it was the “Best Chia Latte I’ve ever tasted”. A little pricey both generally worth it. Recommended..!

Visited with my sister yesterday. She queued to order while I used the toilet - which was absolutely disgusting! It smelt revolting, the sanitary bin was overflowing and the lock was broken. I went straight back to my sister (who was still waiting to be served) and we left. I won't be returning again.

I've been in 4 Caffé Nero and the rating is just the same.

Visiting Caffe Nero is a safe bet. You know what you get. we stopped here after a day in the city and got our drinks and snacks without delay. There is a good ambiance and some seats by the window with view to the street.

I do love a bit of Nero’s while I’m in england! Nice range of Paninis, Chai latte and caramel waffles!

A nice and spacious place to be in. A small selection of books to read from the shelf which you don't often see in most cafes. Always something to nibble on even if you're not massively hungry.
