Mcdonald's

My car was towed from store 5708. I shouldn't be a victim of difficulties that this location is experiencing in light of close proximity to famous landmark (it was car show at McCormickplace, which have nothing to do with). Mistakes happen - I understand, but no one seem to be interested in fixing this one. I reached out to the location directly (spoke to manager and the office), requesting assistance in resolving this matter and got no support. I have my order receipt, proof of the time car was towed and the time it was picked up, along with confirmation from the CPD District 1, that there are no towing report records. While I understand that McDonald's didn't benefit directly from my car being towed, I believe it would be fair to contact the towing company that you have contract with, to address this unethical behavior and request my refund.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich fresh and once I bit into the sandwich I almost threw up !!! The sandwich was gross mushy and not edible. I called in spoke to the manager and was told I would get my rap replaced. McDonald’s only safe item on the food menu are the fries everything else is a mystery. I stopped eating McDonald’s a while ago but wanted something quick should have went some place else . Now unfortunately my stomach is in knots. Moral of story check you food before you leave.

Store was close at 10. Website says 12am. No signs anywhere saying they were close. Drove up to the window, cashier with red braids immediately walked away. Sat there for 5 minutes, she walked by and looked at us 3 times. Finally came and said they were close. I said they need to put a sign on the drive thru speaker and windows stating that. Customers will be less upset if we informed immediately. Poor management.
