Standard Dunkin, both donuts I had were good and seemed freshly made. Coffee is always below average and they still have nothing like espresso or even a 'nespresso' machine. It was clean as well.

I came here for a snack around 12 am so it was almost empty with everything, but thats natural same with the donuts they were stale but maybe ill come earlier next time.
It was a tiny bit confusing with the map directions they sent me to the other side of the store.
Overall it was okay, would be better during the day

My family and I were making a trek through Downtown Chicago and the kids wanted some quick, sweet treats. We stopped in and could not have been more happy with the experience. Even with the painting/renovations going on, it was a great visit. I want to give extra kudos to Kanubhai for his patience and top-notch service. He waited with no complaint for my kids to finally make up their mind on what they wanted. He really was the best part of our visit here.

The worker Gary who works night is very nice. He works very hard. He makes sure all the tables and floor is clean. I have been there in late afternoon and it is very dirty. Chairs all over, floor is nasty with stuff all over, dirty tables from coffee and ice cream. Workers need to work on cleanliness in the daytime!

This Location Price Gouge... It's Always more Expensive than other Locations.... Snacking Bacon at this Location used to $2.49 now it's $3.99....Donut used to be $1.29 now it's $1.59 etc Everything at this Location has went up Tremendously,I'm Very Disappointed...They are Taken Advantage that the are Open 24 hrs they are Very Convenient, Descent Service and Food.....But the Prices have become Disappointing. .Other DD Locations I go to the Prices are Lower and the Snacking Bacon is Always Way Below $3.00.
