I recently had the pleasure of enjoying some of the most delicious and satisfying soups at a local spot that I stumbled upon. The selection of soups available was impressive and the quality of the food was outstanding. Every soup that I tried was rich, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. The variety of soups offered was also quite impressive, catering to different dietary restrictions and preferences.
The staff at this location was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They made my experience very enjoyable and I felt like I was being treated like a valued customer. However, one drawback that I noticed was that the business was not open all year round, only during certain times of the year. This was a bit disappointing, as I would love to have access to their delicious soups on a more regular basis.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and comforting meal. The quality of the food, combined with the exceptional customer service, make it a must-visit spot for any soup lover. I hope that the business will consider expanding their operating hours and being open year-round so that everyone can experience the joys of their soups more frequently.

I ordered from Soup Box for the first time yesterday and I have a very mixed review. I got the Lobster bisque & the broccoli cheddar soup. The Lobster bisque was AMAZING. It was so thick and packed with flavor. The portion was small for the price but that bisque was so hearty I was completely full after having it. After loving it so much I was excited for the broccoli cheddar because that's my favorite kind of soup and surely this place must make a good one. It was the worst broccoli cheddar I ever had 😭 it was watery and flavorless 😭. After only a few bites, I had to doctor it up myself. Anywho, the lobster bisque was so delicious I will definitely be trying their other soups. If the other soups are bad I'll still return for the lobster bisque. So, case in point, I recommend Soup Box, 😋
Also, I think it's hilarious that the owner replies to bad reviews with the Seinfeld Soup guy's "no more Soup for YOU!" 🤣 love it lol

Amazing soup! My favorite is the hearty beef stew. Evey single spoon is amazing, packed with rich flavors. I do miss the bread (that was a perfect pair) hope it comes back, but I can't wait every year until soup season to enjoy!

We were in town for the holidays and a member of the family got a cold and was craving soup for comfort. SO glad we found Soupbox. The menu was concise but had a little bit of something for everyone. We ordered the Lobster Bisque as well as the Beef Stew. You gotta try the Beef Stew…wow!
To make this short and sweet, the quality of the soup is incredibly high, the portions are generous, and most importantly, this is a mom-and-pop shop that employs a small group of local Chicagoans. Support this great place; your palate, your stomach, and your good-deed meter will be so happy that you did!

I recently moved back to Chicago and was so relieved that Soupbox is still around! Comfort food at its finest! Almost makes me crave the cold winter nights so that I can curl up with a bread bowl.

I don't get food from here often but have been for years. All experiences have been great. Their soups are delicious! I'm a big fan of the lobster bisque. Their bread and grilled cheese sandwiches are also consistently good. In fact, the grilled cheese are better than many places that specialize in grilled cheese sandwiches.

Great soup. Love their broccoli cheese and lobster bisque. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their soups. The grilled cheese and oatmeal cookies are perfect additions and good too. Delivery was great.

Perfect for a winter day! Soup was flavorful and they give a lot. Loaf of sourdough only 2$! Definitely will be back , staff very friendly
