There was only one employee, but she was super efficient. The food looks awful but it actually tasted pretty good. I wouldn't specifically come back here, but if in the mood for Dunkin you can do a lot worse.

Hi, it’s very nice place, service is excellent! Coffee and tea are great, donuts and any other food are very fresh! Stephanie is very friendly and fast! There’s no crowd and enough places to seat. I really recommend this place to relax and coffee drink!

I always enjoy coming to this coffee shop! The manager is great and pleasing to work with. It's small but kept clean, the staff is friendly, the line moves fairly quickly, and the donuts and hot chocolate taste great to me.
Since it's right next to DePaul and the Green Line train, it makes it convenient to get a quick pick me up before starting work.

Great customer service! I had just gone to the dunkin in the depaul building and was treated horribly, so I left to get my other drink at a different location and was shocked by how nice and sweet the one girl working was. 10/10 will go again. Great tasting and perfect drinks! I’ve never had a dunkin get my order fully right, so I’m glad that this one knows what it’s doing!
