The food is sooo good . The spicy cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich and spicy fries. The burger was my favorite. Clean restaurant fast service, friendly staff. i ate here twice this week.

Shake Shack already stands out among the rest but this visit did not let us down! The service was fast and the people were kind. The food was outstanding—hot, crispy, delicious. We had places to sit. Everyone we interacted with was kind and hospitable. Great work, everyone!

I had read a few reviews that said "Best Chicken Sandwich I've ever had"...well I would have to agree 100%. Plus the crinkle cut fries were hot, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside..in other words perfect!!! We will be back the next time in Chicago for sure.

This was my first Shake Shack experience and it was a good one! The food was delicious, the employees were nice. The atmosphere wasn't my favorite environment though. It felt very industrial and cold (not temperature wise), but it wasn't horrible, just not my vibe. I would eat here again.

Great place to come for a late dinner. Burgers here are fantastic! Food was served quick, fresh and correct. Overall great experience here and would recommend it.

Veggie burger was not so great…the flavour of the patty needs to be improved and pickle didn’t go well with it. Shroom burger always 10/10!

My favorite, burger is so good. Reason why i did not 5 star is french fries is cold, definitely its old. Omg pls don’t sell cold or old fries. Restaurant is clean and good location just next to Amc theater.
