Nicest staff. Kind toward truckers and allow walk through while dining was closed from covid. Hot fresh food. 100% will stop here every run through Cheyenne!

The mozzarella sticks looked and tasted a week old. The whopper my wife ordered didnt have the onions taken off like I asked and my whopper looked like it was stepped on. Would not recommend.

Good food, horrible service. Staff is very rude and have no problem with giving attitude when poor service is pointed out. My order made incorrect the first time and when I received the remake order my food wasn't cooked all the way. Will not be returning to this store

This is a smaller location. Good for a quick bite on a road trip. Right next to a gas station and off the highway. Service is okay and sometimes a bit slow. But the food is good. Also kind of nice seating and environment. Parking is adequate.

Very slow drive through. When we finally got our food there were items missing that we paid for. Due to the lobby being closed we called from the parking lot several times. No one ever answered the phone. So we were out the item and our money! Does Burger King not value the customers? Very unhappy with this store!!

Loved the Burger King taste. Food was made fresh. Service was a little slow but it was lunch hr amidst the pandemic. Was worth it.

The lady running things last night was incredibly busy with tons of vehicles un the drive-thru and a few of us inside. She was also understaffed and having to wear many hats. I'm giving the experience a 5* only because of her and because of the 2 cookies the young man there offered as an apology for the weight. She also had to deal with what appeared to be an upset and a bit hostile cook who was throwing food around angrily. Our meat patties were a bit cold and the fries not as fresh as we are used to but once again I can't imagine her doing more than she was and inspite of what was going on she was friendly and even joked around with us while taking our order. She should get a raise!!! Wish I would have taken her name down.
