Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

We drove up to have dinner from Northern Colorado since we can't sit in a restaurant currently and it was worth the short hour ride up. My wife and I had the steak and shrimp fajitas for two and it was so good! We loved it. The staff was very friendly with a great sense of humor that made us smile. We will be back for sure.

If you're looking for a delicious selection of authentic Mexican cuisine, with a variety of options, Guadalajara is perfect! We were passing through Cheyenne after a 2500 mile motorcycle ride and craving Mexican food. We ordered two different enchiladas, one which was smothered in a magnificent red sauce and the other plate smothered in a beautiful and delicious green sauce. The food was incredible! More importantly, the margaritas were strong! The place is gorgeous and the staff was super friendly. We'll be back on our next time through town!

Cozy restaurant, delicious food, just really excellent. I like the chicken mole. (Which I can't finish because I overeat on salsa, bean dip, & chips which are fresh-fresh.) Even my most persnickety, picky family members were happy with their entrees. I didn't get a margarita this time, but was jealous of those who did. They were apparently very good.
